FSR incorporates technical and practical knowledge into intense training classes for both industry and response personnel. Utilizing classroom demonstrations, system components, case studies, the latest research data, and hands on training evolutions, FSR’s students will not just be taught with a power point, but will get to experience neutralizing and manipulating the actual components, batteries, gasses, and systems. Our goal for any class is that the students leave with not only the knowledge but the experience to safely handle Alternatively Fueled Vehicles (AFV) and Electric Vehicles (EV). Live Fire courses for Compressed Natural Gas (CNG) Training, Liquified Natural Gas (LNG) Training, Hydrogen Fuel Cell Vehicle (HFC) Training, and Electric Vehicle (EV) Training will be tailored to the Department SOG’s and needs to provide the best experience possible.
